💰 Refund Policy (AZ Dream Catchers)

General Policy
All payments to AZ Dream Catchers (AZDC) are final. By subscribing, purchasing a membership, or using any paid feature, you agree that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
AZDC is a boundary-driven, community-based platform created to protect its members’ safety and uphold respect within Turtle Island’s dating and networking circle. To maintain fairness, transparency, and consistency, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued once payment has been processed.
1️⃣ Membership Fees
- All membership fees are billed immediately at the time of purchase.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel or deactivate your account before your billing cycle ends.
- Fees cannot be paused, transferred, or applied to another user’s account.
2️⃣ Free Trials & Early Bird Promotions
- Free trials (if applicable) allow you to preview AZDC before billing begins. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be charged.
- Early Bird memberships are a one-time, locked-in discounted rate. If canceled, that locked-in price cannot be reinstated. Rejoining later will require payment at the current Standard rate.
3️⃣ Rule Violations & Account Removal
- Members removed or banned due to violation of AZDC Rules, Terms of Service, or Community Standards are not eligible for refunds.
- Removal includes, but is not limited to: harassment, dishonesty, catfishing, impersonation, or disrespecting boundaries.
4️⃣ Technical or Payment Errors
- If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs, contact AZDC within 7 days at azdreamcatchers2025@gmail.com.
- Verified billing errors will be reviewed and refunded at AZDC’s discretion.
- AZDC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or SureCart).
5️⃣ Subscription Cancellations
- Members are responsible for managing their own subscription status via their My Account or Membership Dashboard page.
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not issue a refund for the current cycle.
- Deleting your profile or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
6️⃣ Chargebacks & Disputes
- Filing a false or malicious chargeback (via PayPal, bank, or credit card) after accessing member benefits may result in permanent account termination and potential collection actions.
- AZDC retains the right to provide proof of service to dispute unfounded chargebacks.
7️⃣ Legal Disclaimer
AZDC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time to comply with new legal or operational requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of those updates.
